Site data pulls use no report credits. A subscription renews its pull allowance every month: 25 site data pulls a month on Extract, 40 on Studio, 40 per seat on Practice. Tool calculations cost nothing at all. Report generation uses credits: 4 for a Transport Assessment, 2 for a Statement, 1 for a Transport Note.

One-off report pack
PAYG
£69 one-off +VAT. 2 non-expiring credits (one Transport Statement, or two Transport Notes) and 8 site data pulls. Those 8 pulls are a lifetime total that never resets, where Studio gives you 40 every month. Extract subscribers can add a pack without changing plans. Buy another pack only when you need it.
Buying PAYG ends any remaining free trial so trial and purchased allowances cannot stack.

Trial
30 days and 8 site data pulls across the whole trial, no card required. The trial is the site data extract: it includes no report credits, so AI drafting is not part of it. To see a report drafted for one of your own sites, book a demo. The pull allowance does not reset during the 30 days. Anti-abuse: disposable-email blocklist + IP rate limit + captcha for free-webmail domains. Auto-suspends on allowance exhaustion.
What counts as a credit
A site data pull uses no report credits and counts against your plan's pull allowance. Credits map to the documents you produce, always in whole numbers:
- Site data pull (every dataset for a site: highway network, public transport, collisions, policy, constraints) - 0 report credits.
- Transport Assessment - 4 credits.
- Transport Statement - 2 credits.
- Transport Note - 1 credit.
- Road Safety Audit or Travel Plan - 2 credits.
- Tool narrative (parking, junctions, trip rate, and the rest) - 1 credit.
- Compute-only tools (deterministic calculations with no AI narrative, such as Swept Path Studio) - free (0 credits).
- Regenerating a section - free when it corrects an error we detected in that section (up to 2 per section in each generation of a report), otherwise 1 credit.
- Regenerating a whole report - the report's credits, unless a fault on our side means it needs regenerating. Changing a project's inputs counts as new work.
- Pre-signature review - one included with each full generation of a report; further reviews of the same generation 1 credit each.
Subscription data pulls are capped per month so the service stays fast for everyone, and the allowance resets every billing period: 25 a month on Extract, 40 on Studio, and 40 per seat pooled on Practice. Reaching that cap pauses further pulls until the next subscription period. Trial users have one fixed 8-pull pool for the full 30 days. PAYG is the exception: its 8 pulls per pack are a lifetime total and never reset. Site data pulls are never charged separately.
Tax
GB prices shown here are VAT-exclusive. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Pricing changes
We never change your price silently. If we change the price, plan, or credit allowance of an existing subscription, we give you at least 30 days' notice by email and in-app, and you can cancel before it takes effect. If you pay annually, any change applies only at your next renewal. See our Terms for details.
